Terrible, even by taco Bell standards. You need to hire more ppl. I ordered ahead and just wanted to grab and go. Stood at the counter for 5 to 10 minutes, which doesn't sound bad, but in reality is a long time to just stand there with nobody even acknowledging you exist. Would have been quicker to order in the store and wait. Taco Bell is not the cheapest food anymore. They were busy, I get it. Just say something! Let me know you are going to get to me.
We sat at the drive through for 10 minutes and no one took our order. We drove passed and it looked like they were sleeping.
The middle aged female manager with the braids is despicable. Me and my seven year old son ordered thru the app after a long night of trick or treating. We elected to pick up at the drive thru but when we pulled up there were 30 cars wrapped around the building. So, we parked and went inside. I hate the computer ordering system. There was a girl behind the counter who said 'hello and order on the kiosk' then walked away. When I couldn't find what I wanted on the screen I turned around to leave, she THEN asked if she could help. Too little too late.
They do not take orders at register only kiosk rude employees kept running mouth when I said I'm not doing that
