I'm beyond angry at how long it took to receive my online order I ordered at 2:15 it is now 3 pm and I'm still here waiting I missed my entire lunch break
All of our taco hardshells were broken, super sloppy burritos, and our order wasn’t even correct… some items we ended up throwing away. I understand this is fast food, but this was EXTRA lol.
The employees here are so polite! The fresco tacos and pintos and cheese are always delicious. I took off a star because they never seem to get the cinnamon twists right. Sometimes they don't put enough cinnamon. Sometimes they are hard.
This is the slowest place I could ever think of . They have the line all the way in the middle of the road .. the employees aren’t doing there job , I have been sitting in the parking lot waiting in the drive thru for almost a hour waiting on a uber order
no one should have to wait in a drive through for over 20 minutes without knowing the drive through is actually closed. I placed an order after work to pick up my food in the drive through. This is at almost 9pm. I get there and there’s a few cars in the drive though. 5 minutes go by. no biggie. 10 minutes and no movement, getting a little irritated but I understand that being short staffed could be a possibility. 20 minutes is a problem.
