They charged us double on a drink . Even though it was happy hour drink and drinks were half off. After we told the cashier she was like well you should of told me before
the point of mobile orders is so the foods ready when i get there. i got to the taco bell 20 minutes after placing my order and they haven’t even started. i wait 10 more minutes before getting handed my food without a word spoken to me the whole time.
Staff ignored us for way too long before acknowledging we needed to order. After helping guests walking up in front of us, they decided to ask what we needed. Customer service is horrible. All they had to do was greet us and tell us it would be a minute.
