I ordered through the online app to pick up at the drive thru because I have a broken knee. After a 20 minute wait in my car I was told to go into the lobby to pick it up. Collin, the manager, told me I had to go through the lobby even though I specified in the app I would pick up at drive tru. I injured my broken knee going into the lobby.
