Workers great. Food great! Edit. Terrible. Actually terrible. Workers standing around and the fact that I put in my order and wasn't even acknowledged until 7 minutes afterwards. Then told that their system went down so they couldn't take orders. Meanwhile, everybody was just standing everywhere. Doing nothing so apparently this place never changes. My order was sitting on the counter for at least 20 minutes, and no one even told me it was ready. After I started seeing people who came in after me sitting down and eating, I asked at the counter, and they found my order sitting behind delivery "pick-up" orders that were waiting there. Needless to say, my food was cold! I wanted to add that I am thankful to the one employee who helped me to order from the kiosk. She was more willing to help with service than the rest. Food was like it was sitting there for a little bit you could taste the difference from something that's been fresh or something that's been sitting for a while. I love Taco Bell so I will be back!
