Ordered online to pick up in the lobby. When I pulled up, I saw a sign on the door saying the lobby was closed, so I got into the drive through line. I asked to cancel the order. They said I had to do it in the app. Couldn't figure it out so I decided to wait and pick up the order through drive thru. Ended up waiting for almost an hour in line.
