You have one job. The last FOUR times I’ve ordered here they’ve forgotten sauce, utensils, napkins, or entire items. Ridiculous.
I spoke with “Big D” on the phone several times. He answered the phone in a polite manner, despite me having to make several phone calls to ensure my order was correct. Daniel was was kind and patient. This is the type of person that should be managing a crew. He led me through a DoorDash experience in an exemplary way. Thank you! ☺️
Really good food. The young lady that helped us was so sweet and friendly when we asked to add water to our order.
7 people on shift, everyone one of them looked at me standing at the counter and looked away. I don't expect quick service, just some acknowledgement that I exist as a customer. Off to McDonald's I guess.
