Sat in the drive thru where the first car sat for at least 5-10 minutes and when I finally got my food, the girl at the window didn't apologize for the wait and I didn't even give me what I ordered
Did not receive half our order, missed a drink and we noticed so we went back in. Got home and we were missing the rest of the meal but yet we were still charged. Old lady was very rude about it.
