Pulled up 40 mins before close and got the automated voice saying there closed even though it says they close at 2

One of the more poorly managed Taco Bell’s I’ve ever been to. Had to wait 25 minutes to get our food. We found out after we got our food they were out of sour cream, which everything we ordered had sour cream on it. Had I known this before I would’ve went somewhere else. I did the supreme lux box. The five layer burrito had nothing in it, it was all tortilla. We did have a little humor as they kept making the same order for someone who had left already with his food. They made it three times!
