I was stuck in the drive thru for 62 minutes between 8:55-9:57 pm last night blocked by curbs and cars. Maybe 11ish cars were served in that time, so it is a management and staffing issue, not volume. They were out of basics like large cups and bags. This establishment is hurting the brand and their employees who were obviously stressed, and they are making maybe 20% of the revenue they would make if people weren’t literally hopping curbs at the risk of damaging their cars to abandon their orders (I have video). I was really disappointed with this visit. The food felt overpriced — I paid $6 for a chalupa that wasn’t even wrapped properly. When I received my order, the staff member didn’t greet me or say a word. She opened the window, glanced in the bag, smirked, handed it to me without making eye contact, and shut the window immediately. When I checked the bag, the chalupa had poured out onto the bottom of the bag while the wrap that’s supposed to secure it was just thrown in there. My go to Taco Bell. Yeah, they are a little slow getting the meal together but they always get my meal right. The food tastes good here and is assembled correctly.
