I recently visited your toco bell with my family and had a disappointing experience that I feel needs to be addressed. While ordering at the self-checkout, one of my family members was discussing what to get, and we overheard an employee make a comment saying “damn.” This came across as unprofessional and made us uncomfortable. I came here because I had a gift card that I needed to use. However upon entering this fast food restaurant, I was greeted with the most unprofessional staff! They took such a long time to fulfill my family’s order and judged us for ordering our food. That was quite disappointing considering that we are paying for our food! In addition to this, we requested several times to use the restroom and were quite taken aback as they reserved the women’s restroom for their own usage.
