Not my usual TBell, it's a bit far from my house- so when I'm out at 2am and need to stratch that craving itch- I'm not typically trying to travel 20-25 min away. But I do frequent this one enough bc it's a block from my in-laws. That being said, I wish THIS location WAS the closer option to my home. It's pretty new, and still looks clean and new. Oof, the lowest rated Taco Bell in the whole area. After 20 minutes they had not even started the placed order—but they served other orders placed after mine—so I cancelled the order.
It's insane how slow this location is and how terrible the food is. Tried the new diablo nuggets and they were hard as rock, super dry and overcooked. The nacho fries were cold and the crunchy taco was soggy because of how long I waited after they told me to park in the front. Go to a different Taco Bell location!
