Went in to order at the counter. Only 2 kiosks in the building. Only 1 was functional. An employee asked us if we wanted to order and I said yes. She said use the kiosk. The only one they had was being used so I told her we would just go to Burger King.
The food tastes fresh but it’s little disappointing when you spend $30+ dollars and make it home to realize at least 2 items are missing out the bag. They pulled us up to wait on it, only for it to still be wrong.
I had a really disappointing experience at this Taco Bell. The place was extremely dirty — there was dust everywhere, and it didn’t look like it had been cleaned properly at all. On top of that, the food tasted really bad. It was honestly one of the worst Taco Bell experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve eaten at many Taco Bell locations before, but this one was by far the worst. Definitely needs improvement in cleanliness and food quality.
