DO NOT EAT HERE! There is no customer service anymore. I asked for no cheese, and no sauce. Because I am allergic to dairy. I said it several times. The employee confirmed it. And then when my order came it had cheese and sause. I asked for it to be remade. But I guess the employee put in the order wrong. So they wouldnt fix it. I can't take a pill for the allergy I have. Go to Del Taco they remade my food no problem and changed there gloves.
All the employees on the night shift was outside and when I pulled up to the drive thru order machine no one asked me what I wanted or nothing. They all were sitting near the trash can
Got the grilled steak burrito $5.79 and two beab burritos $1.99 each. The grilled steak burrito was half the size if my other 2 burritos, this math ain't mathin, always disappointed with this stores food and service! I'm paying for it, so do better!
The manager Rjeyna is an exceptional manager. I made a fool out of myself and she still showed great professionalism in a heated moment. I appreciate good customer service from a good manager like this.
