“I ordered Nacho Fries and a Spicy Potato Soft Taco, but both the fries and the potatoes inside the taco were cold and hard. Taco Bell keeps serving cold food like this, and it’s really disappointing.”

There’s a difference between crispy chicken and the crunchy pieces that are all breading no meat 😣 This was inedible. And the quesadilla wasn’t even cut. Bummer experience at TB today.
I ordered breakfast from there, a breakfast wrap and a soft taco supreme with no tomato. I get to my job which is 18 minutes from this location and go to sit down at my desk to eat the taco. Luckily, I fully opened it to put the sauce on to where I found a dead fly on my taco. Immediately I said that’s disgusting and called the Taco Bell to make them aware.
