I have yet to receive all of my order from this place. Literally EVERY SINGLE TIME I order here, they forget something. At some point the "big guys" up top need to come down here and either fix the carelessness or close the doors. The incompetence is out of hand.
I am writing this review specifically to recognize the outstanding customer service at this location. While I have had consistent technical issues with the mobile app at this store, the manager, Jennifer, has been an absolute lifesaver. I first met Jennifer when I had an order issue a while back, and she was incredibly helpful then.
