Andrew was a very friendly and polite young man. He gave excellent customer service. Food was quick and hot.
This manager needs to be fired. Rude and hateful and tells his staff to short people on serving sizes to get their bonus for using less food. The point of that incentive is to be a better manager and train your employees to make it right the first time so there isn't food thrown out and remade constantly.
They removed real people from customer service only thing that stops it's score
