I placed a mobile drive thru order before I left work. It only takes me a few minutes to get there. I go through the drive thru and the guy at the window tells me to pull around to the front door. No big deal, except over 30 minutes goes by and nothing. People were coming and going through the drive thru and others that parked next to me, received their food. Rude employees who want to shoot you dirty looks because there's angry people waiting and waiting on their food! And the food wasn't even cooked correctly! My chicken flatbread was damned near raw and stuck to the paper. Cheesy melt wasn't melted at all, just shredded cheese thrown in a tortilla and wrapped. Burrito wasn't toasted.
