There is a woman who works the evening shift drive thru(Tuesday’s) who by far surpasses the usual fast food worker level of friendliness. Many fast food workers don’t seem to enjoy their job (I get it) but she is always friendly and kind.
Food seems to have a fairly long wait here, and the staff seems a little overwhelmed/busy. The lobby is usually of questionable cleanliness, and the food usually has at least minor problems (crushed chips, wrong sized drink, etc).

If I wanted a cup of ice I would've asked for it, but instead I paid the upcharge for a large drink and got an entire cup of ice and a 12oz can's worth of pop
