One time I went to Cheesecake Factory, it took 45 minutes to get my chicken sandwich, then they dropped it on the floor and had to make another. I think I ended up getting my food quicker there than at this Taco Bell. Food tastes fine.
I have just witnessed the most offensive and abusive interaction between a member of staff and a customer who had language difficulties. The staff member refused to look at the customer’s phone because apparently it’s not in his job description. This continued and I had to step in to help the customer get his order. The employee used inappropriate language and was highly offensive to the customer and used offensive language. I have never been anywhere that would treat a customer like this.
