Ordered 2 cheesy bean and rice burritos with added black beans and they overcharged considerably more than stated prices. It is 30 cents to add beans not 99 cents. Not complaining about spending 2 extra dollars but rather the principle of it. The woman working the window lied about the up charges to my face when I asked about the price being high.
I've been here a couple times because it's the closest taco bell, and now I drive the extra 10 minutes to go to the one on Alpine. The last two times I got chicken it was hard as rock- I genuinely thought they put rocks in my quesadilla before looking and realizing it was the chicken. The staff were also rude, I went inside to order and they ignored me for 5 minutes even though I was waiting next to the register and tried to ask them for help but they either didn't hear me over how loud they were or they ignored me. Had an online order and deeply regret coming to this location. To start everything was cold or stale and portioned wrong. They didn’t give me all the items I paid for and have to go back multiple times just to get the correct foods. When I asked for my sauces they said I could pay for them but I ALREADY did. I have children so this as Especially inconvenient. Want to return it all and get my money back but we’ve just trashed it. 40$ in the Trash. Wouldn’t recommend at all.
Good fast service and friendly people even late at night.
