Took 20 minutes in drive thru on 11/6/25 at around 6.20 p m. Then I get home to find that the employees can’t even get a simple request right. Ordered 2 exactly the same burrito and taco supreme combos with no sour cream on either! What a waste of $20 and to top it off they don’t even give you a receipt. Must be that they don’t want feedback or don’t care enough to inquire when someone has a problem to make it right. Lousy experience that will drive a loyal guest base away. I go once a week and won’t return.
Teach your employees the standard sizes. I just got a 5 layer toothpick burrito. Have never gotten one this small before!!!
Never had a bad experience here.... But you do have to watch out for those gangster flies. They will try to fly in your mouth.
Drive through worker was very polite and great customer service - however when I got home and opened my food I was very upset. I spent 16$ for 2 tacos and they aren’t edible - I called the store and they said the crunchy taco breaks easily as it’s packaged to bag and serve through the drive through but it literally looks like someone punched it and threw it in the bag.
