This is the worst Taco Bell we’ve ever been to. We ordered ahead, arrived at the restaurant at the time it said our food would be ready, and then had to wait an extra 15 minutes for food even though we were the only people in there (and nobody was in the drive-thru). When we finally got our food, my bowl had hair in it. This is now the second time in a row that we’ve tried to give this location a chance and I’ve ended up with food that has someone else’s hair in it. It’s disgusting. We will not be back.
Went to pick up an order at 8:30 and was greeted by no one. I waited and while waiting, staff was talking about holding hands with 11 year olds and making odd comments about people of color. I wasn’t even let known about my order being ready. Night shift seems unprofessional and super weird.
Good price. I enjoyed taco supreme. My favorite.
