ordered at 9:30 for takeout, it is now 10:30 and still no food. watched a worker walk out with a huge bag of food for herself
The food is always good at the Edwardsville IL location. I'm not a fan of the kiosk. Some people enjoy the personal contact, especially since you get your drink cup right away. It's nice to take care of your drink during your long wait. It seems drive thru is priority instead of a customer standing in front of you. If you still had a counter attendant the lobby would also look better.
The food was good when we finally got it. I wish we could get our drink cups when our order is placed. A number of the tables needed wiped off.
I live in Staunton Illinois, and I will make the drive to this taco bell everytime. It gives me hope again for taco bell. Food has always been so fresh, is served very fast, employees are always nice and helpful. Clean bathroom and dining area. 10 out of 19 recommend this taco bell to anyone!
