TERRIBLE. Order a doordash order 2+ hours ago, they gave the order to the wrong person. My dasher kindly had them remake it “priority”, now have been waiting 45 minutes since they said it would be remade. RIDICULOUS.
forgot half our order multiple times lol!!! happy to say i’m never giving my service here again after 4 different occasions of items being not added in the order
Worst Taco Bell i have ever been to. About 30% of the time they get the order correct. And tonight I sat in the drive through for 30 minutes, they helped 2 cars, I was third in line. There were 8 cars behind me. In the middle of the order she told me to hold for 5 minutes. Then after I ordered she told me to wait at the speaker. Both cars before me were gone. My order that I picked up was missing TWO tacos, and the potatoes that I ordered and paid for extra cheese on did not have extra. Not happy about spending an extra $7 for food I didn't even get. This isn't the first time this has happened to me either!
If you can’t live without Taco Bell, then this is your place. If you want quality service, a clean kitchen area, and your order correct, then this is not your place. I love Taco Bell, and will continue to be drawn to them like a moth to a flame.
