This 1-star review is not directed at the staff at this location, they consistently do a solid job getting out decent-quality food quickly and accurately. I’ve never had an issue with the employees themselves. My frustration is with the Managing Partner who is in charge of the pricing decisions. The Build-Your-Own Luxe Box was $5.99 up until mid-January, then bumped to $6.99. I didn’t love the increase, but it still felt like a solid value, so I kept coming back.
