5 stars! The food was on point, and delivered in a timely manner. Ricardo was the most friendly and polite Taco Bell associate I’ve spoken to in a long time. We need more associates like Ricardo at this location!!
Sign says they open at 10:00 a.m. on Sundays...both doors are locked at 10:36 a.m.
This Taco Bell is a running joke amongst friends, the "customer service" is non-existent, I've been treated better by a vending machine, at least the vending machine flashed a "Thank you" after taking my money. This location is notorious for being extremely slow with rude employees who were obviously not raised with manners - not sure how they all found each other in one store, but here we are. 1 Star (Would give 0 if possible) This was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at any fast-food restaurant, period. Taco Bell somehow managed to mess up my order and argue with me about it like it was my fault. I ordered a simple meal , a Crunchwrap Supreme combo and two tacos , and they managed to forget half of it. They focus more on the door dashers rather than costumers that are dining in to eat. I waited two hours last night for a hard shell and a soft shell while door dashers that were now just coming in are getting their orders promptly. Very unfair having to wait when each order that comes in should be handled accordingly to when you show up. I showed up at around 6:30 pm and it was 8pm and I did not receive my order.
