mind you they close at 2 am. I came at 1 am ordered off of the app there were 3 of them sitting there in the lobby doing nothing so I had to call and try and get my food. They answered and were rude and told me to cancel the order in the app because they were closed. if that’s the case then I shouldn’t be able to order off of the app.
Takes over 40 minutes for your food. Rude employees don't even acknowledge you. I guess Taco Bell is ok with it
07/12/2026. Waited over 30 minutes for our food, was rude when I asked about cups, drive thru wasn’t even busy, but the occasional car would come through and get their food very quickly. Also found a black hair in my nacho fries.
This is the worst Taco Bell in history. I'm writing this so hopefully the owner can see it and make some changes. Maybe take some notes from the Taco Bell In Niceville. I don't even know where to start. Rarely is a delivery order correct. This morning they are 30 minutes late opening because nothing is ready. It's been like this for quite some time. How can a restaurant continue to perform at such a low level???
