Something happened here over the last couple months to make service go down the drain. I've ordered just a couple times, but each time I'm waiting 15-20 minutes to get cold food. On top of that, my order is never correct. Last night I got a teaspoon of nacho cheese for my half filled container of fries? Just don't go here until they figure out how to make it better.
Cant follow instructions and just a bad place to stop and eat
Slow slow slow empty and still 10 mintutes past pick up. Dumb dumb and dumber working tonight.
Tried ordering through drive through 3/13/25 around 8pm. The line was extreemely slow. Because of that started ordering through the app to help speed it up. Got attitude when we got to the order screen because our online order wasnt completed yet and the employee refused to wait for it to go through. Went to wait to speak to someone at the window and a halfhour passes before we decide it's just not worth our time or frustration. Get better employees with less attitude.
They came out with a new box, before this box I was starting to grow old of their food.. only thing to double check is to make sure they give you the correct sauces!! Update 3/13/25: Me and a buddy in a car ahead of us were waiting in line for 10 minutes before even getting to the speaker. We decided to order online instead and get it all done in one order.
