Poorly managed, no one answers the drive-thru or the phone... Will never patronize this Taco Bell location again.
If I order something, and pay extra for add ons why is it so difficult to pay attention to the screen.
I have been here multiple times and every single time they forget something in the order or mess up the edits I’ve made to the food. The most recent time they forgot an entire meal in my order. This is ridiculous. Management needs to be checking every order that goes out. Luckily I’ve gone back in every time and they have been able to fix it.
Today I went into the restaurant, and the crew was blasting explicit music from the kitchen! Like F-bombs and the N-word loudly and clearly. There were kids in the lobby, and they didn't care. The in-restaurant service is horrible. This location, like most Taco Bells, prioritizes the drive-through far more than people standing or waiting inside.
