Update: I’ve intermittently gone to this location for years and they can never do customized orders right. I’ve refused to go because they can add extra meat to a taco or quesadilla, then I have to complain for it to be “remade”. Keep your remake and I’ll expose my order. Empty drive thru yet three tacos with extra meat couldn’t be figured out? Gypted out of my money for paying for extra again and am tired of having to complain for a correct order. Always putting in new people…
It's a Taco Bell. What is there to say except the drive-thru can get quite crowded? It has a small parking lot. I believe a lot of it's business is drive-thru as it is very stand alone from a car vs walking perspective (across from a car dealership and lot entrance is the top of what would be a T-intersection w/o the restaurant.
The in-restaurant service is horrible. This location, like most Taco Bells, prioritizes the drive-through disproportionately over people standing or waiting inside. I have been waiting for 30 minutes, and I am still waiting for my food while several drive-through orders fly out the window. They really try to discourage people ordering inside to the point the restaurant was cold in the lobby and the distain on the employees faces was palpable for the people in the lobby.
