Worst Taco Bell dining experience I have ever received. I ordered a Luxe Discovery Box which includes a Shredded Beef Chalupa, Loco Dorito Taco, Bean and Rice Burrito, Nachos and a drink. I was told after I ordered on the kiosk that the store was out of Chalupa shells and instead of offering a substitute or refund I was told I could get the chalupa in a crunchy Taco shell.
