This Taco Bell was an interesting experience. It is a relatively new and modern building. I never talked to a single employee. There were at least 3 of them in the dining area... No one said one word to me. I was there during the slow time around 4PM place was not busy, but no one had took 30 seconds to tidy up.... So I cleaned up a little before I left. My parents are older and hate using the kiosk and they refused to take our order and then the employees were talking about in a bad way as we were leaving!
Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru. Got my order wrong. Better to drive to Tipp City. Way better.
Waited an hour and thirty minutes in line for not what I ordered and two coupons for a couple tacos? No. Not ok. I went through the drive through at 1 am and didn’t leave and till after 2:45. Messed up 4 of my customized Gordita crunches. Those are not cheap. How hard is it to read an order?? This location has gone down hill especially regarding its speed. The staff needs to do better. The people in front of me waited just as long and no one got more than one small bag of food. Very unsatisfied.
