Ordered a $5 cheesy gordita crunch and got a empty crunchy taco wrapped in an extra layer of cheese. What?
While I've been mostly pleased with this location, last night on 5/3/26, this was my worst experience. First, the drive thru employee was more concerned about "jamming" to the music in the background rather than saying "thank you" or "you're welcome" to the times I said it to her. Second, my food was completely cold by the time I got home. Yes it was cooked but not hot like I've gotten other times I've been there. I had to reheat my food.
I wanted to wait to drop my review after a few visits to see if it was true… and it is. This Taco Bell actually provides great portion sizes in their tacos and burritos. I’ve been to some other Taco Bells and they skimp out on portion… but THIS location does a great job. I love it. Take all of my money.
6/11 who ever the girl that was work the window after 11pm ! PUTT HER IN THE KITCHEN ! No customer service at all ! Should’ve stayed home !
