Horrible customer service. Stood inside for an hour for an online pickup and then they proceeded to ignore me. I was the only person in the store at night.
IM ONLY RATING 5 STARS SO I'LL BE ON TOP, this location sucks, I ordered three Doritos locos tacos and I was given barely any meat and barely any cheese! I didn't get the rootbeer I ordered and instead got Pepsi, multiple items were missing, it took almost 30 minutes for my food to come out because other people with my partners name had ordered and even with the order number it took 30 minutes! Do not come her EVER
We were all waiting in line in the drive-through for at least 20 minutes and then I get to the window and they say they don’t have any beans for the bean burrito
Handed me the wrong order in the drive thru. First I sat there FOREVER picking up a mobile order. Finally got the food, drove off, and realized it said “BOBBY” not my name… Had to turn around and go in, and I handed the barely English speaking older Hispanic lady who managed through it to make sure I didn’t take anything and then handed it to Bobby who was waiting at the drive thru window. She finally handed me my order, unapologetic. This location is trash.
