Food order was incomplete at drive thru. After picking up missing item inside restaurant, item was incorrect. Lettuce was wilted in chicken bowl.
I made a mess and they didn't complain or whine about having to clean it up. I offered and he said no. Food was nice and hot.

My order wasn’t complicated or customized, just standard items.
