They constantly mess up your order. This is the fifth time we’ve placed an online drive-thru order and something was missing every single time. Today it was the chips, last time it was the Beefy Burrito, the time before that they forgot the cheese, and so on. It’s frustrating having to double-check every order before leaving because mistakes have become the norm here.
As much as I like their cantina menu, the staff here would not take my e gift card. They feigned not knowing how to input in. They didn't even try. The female person in charge stated they couldn't take it.
