This Taco Bell on Plano road. Is okay, but it could be better. Not their fault but it seems like a lot of homeless people be around the Restaurant.
The dining room doors are always locked during the day in the morning when the business is supposed to be open food quality is very low and the service there's only two dudes in there that work good everybody else is trash need better staffing for this Taco Bell establishment or just tear the building down if y'all don't want to do no business and have your doors open for people to enter your lobby in order
My order was made wrong so i brought it back not realizing i forgot to pull cigarillos from the bag. I didnt realize why they were looking at me funny but i now know they stole my cigarillos. When i called to see if they had them they lied and said they didnt have them. It was a small tiny green and black pack. Im not ok with the fact yall stole. Or the fact that i had to come back in the first place. I wish the employees would have been honest and return my missing items. I will never eat there again.
