So now you walk in and no one will take your order you have to do it yourself but if you go thru the drive thru they take your order. I’m paying for my food and then have to do it all myself with no discount for doing the job for them. Not coming back for crappy $12 meal.
Extremely disappointing experience. We arrived at around 3:00 AM while the restaurant was clearly open, but no one would take our order. The employee on the drive-thru speaker told us to “hold on” and said someone would take our order shortly. We waited for over 15 minutes and nobody ever came back. During that time, we could see one employee working in the kitchen and another cleaning, while multiple cars were stuck waiting in the drive-thru. I was highly disappointed with the lack of empathy and help on a mobile order I placed today. And came in to try to get some food. Around 730pm I place the order. Turns out I had the wrong location. But I already paid for my food. Anthony was the one who showed no interest in helping me with getting my food. I had to order again because I was hungry. Anthony seems like he's miserable. Not helping a paying customer to get my food. That way I don't have to pay twice. He could have done more. He chose not to. Shame on him.
I have been coming to this location since they opened!!! Morning team rocks…. Over night…… oh boy…. This one guy… Hispanic….tall…. Only speaks Spanish….this guy…. Worst person ever!!!! Gave me attitude for no reason and speaking to me side ways acting like I don’t speak Spanish myself….so this is why went down…. I got off work (which I work fast food) at 3:15am, I ordered off the Taco Bell app and arrived at the store at 3:25am.. once I arrived I was speaking into the speaker and got no response.
