I ordered a berry blast and before we talked to a guy on the phone and said we can get it for 1$ each and he didn’t even give us a single thing and refunded us but didn’t give us our order and sent us off with nothing no good customer service (manger btw)

Worst taco bell ever, they might as well take breakfast off the menu. I have tried 3 separate times to order breakfast through the app it goes through and when i show up to get my order they have some excuse why they arent serving breakfast right now.Also why do they let you order with the app drive all the way there and say they are out of eggs, can't they stop people form placing orders before they waste people's time. So yall have computers take orders for what’s already terrible food, Taco Bell just loves being the bottom line, after the worker told me to use the kiosk I left I can’t believe yall are so lazy and this place is still filthy. If you guys are going to be so bad bring back the cheaper prices to compensate

The guy acted like I wanted free food. Manager refused to look at my phone and see what was missing and he said what ok so this and that, and what? I said no by the time I got back the food was soggy I just want my money back. Oh we can’t do that because it’s the app order. Ok so remake it. He comes out with half my order I try to stay calm because I sure wanted to throw my food in his little persons face! I said whatever he gave me HALF my order because that’s all that printed out!
