Had to order on a kiosk
I have never been to a slower Taco bell in my life. I ordered online at 7:25, and did not receive my food until almost 8:15. And keep in mind, it wasn't busy, in fact, for a while, we were the only costumers in the lobby, and there were only 4-5 cars in the drive through. We didn't even order that much, just enough for two people. This is ridiculous. They weren't even short staffed. Just 6 people shuffling around barely working. Rude wait time was way too long and impossible to get sauces
This place is just sad. Ordered a taco and a Mexican pizza and was very disappointed. Taco had hardly anything in it, I’ve had better tacos at Jack in the Box. The Mexican pizza was just thrown together with no care at all. Sauce and cheese on half of it and the other half mostly tortilla. Looked gross. Wont come back here again. Will go to one in Omaha next time.
