When they receive 3rd party delivery order they just take hours too get the order out as they do not click order ready so that driver can pickup. I called twice today and as soon as I say about my order ordered through Grubhub, the lady hung up on me.
4-10 / Taco Bell on Killian Dr. Went through the drive-through this morning, it appears as no one that is working here speaks English and totally messed up the order, the order was more expensive and they ended up getting several items wrong. The order took forever. Very sad that the staff member taking the order can barely speak English. Then on top of that, it appeared that she was getting frustrated with us because she could not understand English.
Employee was eating while helping me at the drive-thru window, talking with his mouth full while handling my order. Really unprofessional and unsanitary. Definitely not a good experience.
Good taco bell. Always gets it right. Fast and polite. Looks like they hire highschoolers part time, which is great. You can tell people work hard here. Glad to call this my home taco bell. Thank you.
