Abhorrent service at the drive thru tonight. I placed a mobile order so that my food would be ready nice and quick. When I arrived at the speaker, I was told they could not see my mobile order and that I would have to go back around the entire line. I was stuck waiting until I got to the front, and then had to go through another 20 minute line since the service here is so slow. On 12/24/25 @ 5:15 pm I’ve stopped at this Taco Bell while getting ready to hit the turnpike and travel north for the holidays. Unfortunately, the young lady serving that day had an awful attitude from the moment she took the order. I ignored it. I could understand working the 24th must not be pleasant.
