It's actually really sad to see Taco Bell become this way
10/10 experience i came in on 7/7 at 6pm food came out quick and hot seeing the direction of the manager in charge and the way they communicate on the line made me want to work there and i own a business!!
I don't think this place has ever gotten an order right. Lobby is rarely open. Never give me the sauce I order on the app. Today they literally forgot beef on a cheesy 5 layer burrito. Sucks that they're always understaffed and don't seem really have much management.
i ordered a normal crunchy taco and this is what they give me. i did not ask for no lettuce. ridiculous
