super disappointed in the customer service. I came in 30 min after my order was placed online. Manager asked name on order said no order under the name bc he was too busy to stop and actually hear me say the full name. Rude and ugly is not becoming. Placed a counter order, sat forever, and my food not made. Didn't have my order. Didn't even offer to take my order. Will not be back. Too many other Taco Bell's, and options in general.
Soft tacos had a few pieces of lettuce and cheese and no tomatoes. When I took them back up there for a refund, they didn't care at all. When I showed them, they said "that's how they come". The store manager was supposed to call me and still hasn't. Take your money somewhere else. This place is trash.
