My food was fine and arrived quickly but they allow homeless people to come into the store and a homeless man spat on me while I was trying to throw away my food and exit the store. I hadn’t spoken or even looked at him to provoke him in anyway and I feel they need staff at the front to monitor the store. It’s not their fault but I wish this could have been prevented
June 2026 update: employees are handling food and to go orders after taking out the trash and not washing their hands. Gross stuff. I have been here 3 times and every time they have got my order wrong. They also aren’t quick at fixing your order. Pretty disappointing location
What the hell is wrong with Taco Bell as a company? I placed a DoorDash order and had to wait almost 40 damn minutes for a simple fast-food order. There were only three employees working. This is not the employees' fault — this is Taco Bell's fault. If your restaurants are constantly understaffed, then raise the damn wages and hire more people.
