This was a truly sub-par taco bell experience. It's clear the staff does NOT care. My order was correct, but the quesadilla wasn't even attempted at being cut, nor was my Mexican pizza. The quesadilla was supposed to be chicken, and it had literally 3 pieces. So, don't come to this location as the employees clearly do not care, especially on a Saturday night.
Was in thier tonight sat at front counter for almost 15 minutes and was completely ignored by staff was so somewhat busy but no hey we will be with you in a moment just completely ignoring the line of people who were waiting is just bad business.
Unfortunately bad experience tonight. Ordered through the mobile app and went through the drive thru to first receive the wrong order. I came back through and let the drive thru attendant know that I got the wrong order and they went to get my correct order out to me. Once I got it, I looked in the bag and as far as I could tell all looked good. Once I got home to eat, I still had been missing 2 items, and the potatoes were still mostly raw. Usually a decent location but tonight was frustrating
This Taco Bell is trash, every time I’ve been there they claim they’re out of a bunch of stuff and it’s always around midnight - 1am, if I had to guess they close at 3 and start putting stuff away and don’t want to pull it back out and if so that’s lame…the Taco Bell on Lincoln and Eisenhower never has any issues so go to that one if you don’t want to deal with a bunch of BS
