Unfortunately, I’ve had too many disappointing experiences at this Taco Bell. It seems like almost every time I order, something is missing from my order or the food isn’t prepared correctly. I’ve had to double-check my bags because items are frequently left out, and even when everything is there, the food itself can be poorly assembled or made incorrectly.
What is going on there. We tried to add on two crunch raps at the window that we had forgot and The kid at the window goes “I don’t feel like doing that I’ll give them to you for free just go inside” were his exact words. We wait about 15 minutes for our food in the the drive through which was given to us incorrectly so we already were going inside no biggie we go inside and the kid makes us pay anyways for the crunch wraps after stating he’d give them to us for free. I went here for lunch. I was the only customer there in the drive-thru as well as the entire facility. I ordered 2 items that looked like they got slammed in the bag. The crunch wrap supreme was not properly made everything spilled out when I opened the wrapper and my cheese Gordita was thrown in upside down and when I opened it the same thing it was destroyed. I was polite in the drive thru so I know it couldn’t have been personal. I will never go back and be posting to all local community pages to stay away.
Out of seasoning for our burritos, out of Rockstar for the order. It took 20 minutes to get our order, and it was cold in the dining area , bathroom needs to be cleaned!!
The lady who works the drive-thru is always so nice. But yesterday the food was horrendous. It was really busy I don't mind sitting in the Drive-Thru line that didn't bother me but what bothered me is you think the food would be fresh I got my kids two large nacho fries they were so old and hard that you could hit them on the table and they would not even break both boxes like they were sitting out since yesterday ! My burrito was wrong it was missing items.
