I totally understand being busy. However, it’s not helpful when everyone is working at turtle pace and they only focus on drive thru customers and not the customers in the lobby.
Gave me everything I asked them not to put on my food, had to give me 2 medium drinks cuz they were out of large cups and the meal doesn't even come w a side like taco johns. Sucked.
Perhaps it would be nice if a discount was offered, maybe even a coupon, but definitely a sorry for the inconvenience… when people who are on their 30 minute lunch break, have to spend an entire 25 minutes waiting in the drive-through line…. With only 4 cars ahead of me. Very disappointed today.
