absolutely terrible establishment, constantly messing up my order everytime i come. this time i got two chicken chalupas with no sour cream no tomato, guess what i saw when i opened it, a buttload of sour cream and probably 35 tomatoes. will never return.
This Taco Bell is the worst one I have ever been too!! I have went here three times in the last month, and each time they have messed up my order. Not one time have they got it right. The wait time is also crazy and each time I have waited for more than 30 minutes for my food just for it to be messed up. This is a poorly run establishment and I will not be returning.
I used to go here pretty regularly, but the quality has really dropped. Order is made wrong most of the time, sit in the drive thru for over 25 minutes. On top of the that item that I would always ordered is sometimes on their app, but sometimes not?? I know the box combo I order is still offered because the Taco Bell near where I work has it on their app at all times. Bring back the app exclusive boxes!
