I work in the area and come to this Taco Bell pretty often. I just wanted to say how much I appreciate the team here. The staff is always so friendly, patient, and helpful, even when it’s busy. The food is honestly really delicious every time—fresh, well made, and just hits the spot. The place is always nice and clean too. You can tell they care, and it really shows.

I’m not going to go to that Taco Bell again because the last time I went I asked an employee a question about a helmet I lost and she did a whatever sign. I told one of the managers but she did that she was just nervous because she doesn’t speak English. I don’t see how that is a reason to do a whatever sign with your hand and not help out a customer. Although the last time I went before that incident I met lovely employees. But I will have to try out the Taco Bell near FIU because of the incident with the employee that happ... read more
