Since when are quesadillas made in a microwave? I just had chicken cantina quesadillas that were so soft and gooey I know they threw them together and nuked them. Quesadillas are grilled so they are crisp NOT gooey and falling apart. You couldn't even cut them apart they were so soft and mushy. Grilled, you could cut them apart and when picking up, they don't fall apart all over the place so you end up eating with a spoon.
