Usually takes around 20 minutes but we waited an hour and 20 minutes this time….the drive thru went down so they told us to go inside, cool. While we’re waiting people who order at the kiosk get it before us. We couldn’t even cancel the order. Absolutely ridiculous.
Ordered delivery from the app and only received 1/3 of the food ordered, but was charged for everything. The bag was sealed, so the employees at the store forgot 2/3 of the food, which is ridiculous. Submitted multiple requests via the contact form on the app and website, but have had no contact about getting any resolution or refund.
Takes almost an hour to get your food, it’s fresh and hot but takes an hour
