I just ordered my food, my order is always wrong at this place. I don’t know if they can’t read or the manager doesn’t know how to run the establishment. But something needs to be done, but this is unacceptable. People spend their hard on money to get exactly what they ordered. Not what you wanted to give them as an order. Because where is my jalapeño sauce?
Never order ahead, go in person and make sure it's not busy before you order anything. Food is good (largely very overpriced but you can work the menu for a decent deal) but wait times are insanely bad if it is remotely busy and mobile orders are deprioritized so people who walk in and order their food while you're waiting will get it before your pickup order has even been started.
Yasmin, who was taking orders was very sweet and personable. It was a short interaction but a very pleasant one.:)
