Rude staff have things on the menu that are not available therefore I wasted my money and you have to wait 10 days for a refund. I tried ordering it first and they said no you have to order at the kiosk. even the head managers were there and they were rude they wouldn’t let me order at the front. All of this could’ve been avoided. I never thought a fast food experience could have me so upset.
I got a chicken taco salad and the rice was as hard as a rock. I also ordered the empanadas cinnamon empanadas and one king burned black you couldn’t eat it. Horrible service horrible food.
