Soy una persona respetuosa y prudente al hacer un reclamo de un restaurante o cadena de alimentos reconocida del cual nunca se lo hecho hasta ahora. Absolutely unacceptable experience. While placing our order at the speaker, the night shift employee started out speaking calmly in Spanish and sighing in every word she speaks but when we had trouble hearing and asked for clarification, she abruptly switched to English and yelled at us. This level of hostility was completely unnecessary we were only trying to make simple adjustments to our order.
