The food is good and almost always made correctly. The staff is slightly better than average, no issues. The only reason for the 3 stars is the price (beyond staff control). To spend $35 at Taco Bell for 3 adults seems a bit outrageous when I can grab Applebee's, Cracker Barrel, or Olive Garden for a few dollars more. I'm down to maybe one visit every 6 weeks.
Waited 7 minutes for anyone to even come to the counter. Placed 3 Combo orders, repeated the two non-sour cream at least twice and the one with no tomatoes three times. Only got two of the orders, both wrong. Had to order the 3rd order again. It was the only one correct. Have to have a code to access the bathroom. Thankfully a customer provided that, so my grandson could go in time, as again, no one was at the counter.
Were out of a couple flavors from the soda dispenser. Very quick service with minimal waiting, as usual.
Denied me service basically because they have their doors closed and wouldn’t let me walk though the drive through
Very friendly and also willing to help a nice man got my food even when they were short staffed and had their doors closed that didn’t stop them from taking care of me and getting me my food always willing to help and very friendly unlike most fast food around here
