I go to this car was every week without fail, unless it's raining. I'm not happy when they are supposedly done, EVER!!! When I complain the owner gets it right, which is why I continue to go there and why when they damaged my car I surely thought he'd take care of it. Boy was I wrong. I couldn't be more disappointed. He blamed an obvious break that his workers did on a manufactures defect. I'm sure his reasoning didn't even make sense to himself. I'm working on getting advice on where to go with the problem. 1st time at this place and my 2016 Honda accord was filthy dirty when I went. I left there happy as could be. Car came out nice and clean!!! Thank you
Paid $50 for a wash and it was the worst $50 I ever spent!!! After they claimed they were finished my car still looked dirty we asked the manager to come see to correct the problem his response was "you want to fight" he began screaming and telling me that he made my car new!!!! Bottom line this place is garbage and they do garbage work STAY AWAY ITS A COMPLETE RIP OFF!!!!!
My friend took her car to Tacketts Mill Car Wash this past weekend to get it detailed and they totally destroyed the interior of her vehicle!! I've just seen the pictures of the damages they caused by using the wrong chemicals/bleach to clean the leather seats and carpets! What is wrong with these people? Apparently nobody knows what they are doing and just use whatever is on hand like bleach to clean leather surfaces?? All of the car's leather surfaces have been damaged as well as the carpet!!
