RecommendedMy white vehicle was unfortunately covered in tar overspray due to a roadwork incident. I was referred to Tacketts Mill and they did an excellent detail job. They removed all of the tar and restored the cleanliness and shine to my car.

Spent $30.00 today.... got totally ripped off!!!Worst job ever. Someone also helped themselves to the “doggie bag”on the back seat. Whatever happened to good customer service. I should have checked it over before leaving. BUT... I trusted that they did their job...WRONG !!

Tacketts Mill Car Wash is the place to go if you really love your car. They treat every vehicle likes it’s the Crown Jewels of Prince William County. I love the variety of services that they offer, the friendly atmosphere, and the attention to detail they show when washing my car. They are highly recommended in my book.
I took my brand new 2019 Acura MDX here for it's first wash. It came out of the wash with scratches around the entire back bumper, and chips out of the paint. We were hopeful that Mr. Butt would be an ethical business owner and accept responsibility, but unfortunately this is not the business that we thought it was. I am disappointed after being a customer here for nearly 20 years, that they can not own up to a simple mistake, and in fact spoke to us quite unprofessionally.
Unprofessional car wash
I got my car detailed (interior package) today and they did a great job! I could tell that they worked really hard, despite the 90 degree weather! They were friendly and accommodating to my tight schedule. My car looks very clean and shiny! :) Thank you Tacketts Mill Car Wash!!
Very respectable and hard working people that do their best every time. I feel satisfied with the work that gets done. Occasionally the vacuuming needs to be re-done, but only when they're incredibly busy.. doesn't stop me from bringing my car back. Good wash
