My experience with Tackett & Son was awesome. Communication was exceptional; prompt and thorough. They arrived on time, fixed the kitchen plumbing issue I had originally contacted them for, and when they were there I mentioned another issue that I had just been made aware of in the crawl space that needed immediate attention (health and safety issue) and they fixed two problems there that fell within their area of expertise, and provided a solid referral for the remediation that will be required.
