Used Tackett for a water line repair. These folks are professional, punctual, and very proficient at their job. I could not be happier with the results. The company is a longtime local staple and I am hoping for many more. I wouldn't call anyone else for my plumbing needs.
Had a leaky tub faucet and a faucet handle that wouldn't completely turn off. Tackett & Son came out, diagnosed the issue and realized it was a proprietary assembly that would require going underneath the tub to fix. They came back a few days later, brought a new Delta faucet and were able to cut into the drywall behind the tub, replace the faucet and drain stopper, then patch the wall up with an access panel - all in about 2 hours.
